Apprentice Carpenter

The Apprentice Carpenter supports the construction team by assisting with a variety of carpentry tasks while learning the trade through hands-on experience and instruction. Working under the supervision of journeyperson (or experienced) carpenters and site supervisors, the apprentice contributes to the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of construction work. This role is designed to build technical skills, jobsite awareness, and work ethic in preparation for Red Seal certification.
DELIVERABLES
To succeed in the role, the Apprentice Carpenter will be expected to consistently deliver the following:
- Assist with carpentry work under supervision
- Daily preparation and clean up
- Adhere to project plans and instructions
- Contribute to a safe work environment
- Possess a good attitude and be a team player
- Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all environments
- Be dependable
- Own reliable transportation as we sometimes work in areas with no access to public transportation
